I would like to suggest the following "pathway" to
learning about, and participating in, the work of my dad (www.DickB.com), of
the International Christian Recovery Coalition
(www.ChristianRecoveryCoalition.com), and of the "Christian Recovery Resource
Center or Person" project:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 1 would be to check out the International Christian
Recovery Coalition "Mission Statement(s)" and consider whether you
would like to become a "Participant" an no charge (free!):
http://christianrecoverycoalition.com/
Step 2 would be to acquire a copy of The Good Book and the
Big Book: A.A.'s Roots in the Bible (if you don't already have one):
http://dickb.com/goodbook.shtml
Step 3 would be to acquire a copy of The Dick B. Christian
Recovery Guide, 3rd ed.:
http://christianrecoverycoalition.com/christian-recovery-guide.shtml
Step 4 would be to acquire a copy of our newest title, Stick
with the Winners! How to Conduct More Effective 12-Step Recovery Meetings Using
Conference-Approved Literature: A Dick B. Guide for Christian Leaders and
Workers in the Recovery Arena by Dick B. and Ken B. (2012).

You might also enjoy the new “Stick with the Winners!” class
by Dick B. and Ken B. (2012), comprised of 27 videos supporting and expanding
upon the contents in the Stick with the Winners! book.

Step 5 would be to acquire a "site license" for
the "Introductory Foundations for Christian Recovery" class for
Groups and Organizations on four DVD's:
http://dickb.com/IFCR-Class.shtml
Step 6 would be to acquire the 29-volume "Dick B.
Christian Recovery Reference Set":
http://www.dickb.com/index.html
[See center column: "Major Christian Recovery Resource
#2"]
Step 7 would be to become a "Christian Recovery
Resource Center or Person":
http://christianrecoverycoalition.com/christian-recovery-resource-centers.shtml
(We offer a substantial discount on the one-time donation
involved with becoming a "Christian Recovery Resource Center or
Person" to groups, organizations, and individuals that have already
acquired one or both of the resources mentioned in Steps 4 and 5 above.)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Service Conference-approved items:

Services, Inc., 1980); see especially pp. 131 and 144.
