Have you seen or heard "the rest of the story" about A.A. - the one from Dr. Bob's Personal Story, at page 181

As we busily complete “the rest of the story” about A.A. – the one you just don’t see or hear or remember no matter how many films, plays, and seminars you attend, we are giving you snippets directly from AA’s cofounders and its own literature that fills in the gaping holes.

Here’s one from “Doctor Bob’s Nightmare”—our cofounder’s personal story on page 181—the last page of his story:

“If you think you are an atheist, an agnostic, a skeptic, or have any other form of intellectual pride which keeps you from accepting what is in this book, I feel sorry for you. If you still think you are strong enough to beat the game alone, that is your affair. . . . Your Heavenly Father will never let you down!” (4th ed., Alcoholics Anonymous)
