Spiritual
Warfare
For
we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against
powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual
wickedness in high [places].
Wherefore
take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the
evil day, and having done all, to stand. (Eph 6:12-13 KJV)
And
when he had called unto [him] his twelve disciples, he gave them power
[against] unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness
and all manner of disease.
And
as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Heal
the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have
received, freely give.
(Matt
10:1, 7-8 KJV)
And
he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth [unto him] whom he would: and they
came unto him.
And
he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them
forth to preach,
And
to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils: (Mark 3:13-15 KJV)
And
he called [unto him] the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two;
and gave them power over unclean spirits;
And
they went out, and preached that men should repent.
And
they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and
healed [them]. (Mark 6:7, 12-13 KJV)
Then
he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over
all devils, and to cure diseases.
And
he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.
And
they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing
every where. (Luke 9:1-2, 6 KJV)
After
these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two
before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
And
heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come
nigh unto you.
And
the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject
unto us through thy name.
Notwithstanding
in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice,
because your names are written in heaven.
(Luke
10:1, 9, 17, 20 KJV)
And
these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out
devils; they shall speak with new tongues; (Mark 16:17 KJV)
And
by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the
people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch.
Insomuch
that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid [them] on beds and
couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some
of them.
There
came also a multitude [out] of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing
sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were
healed every one. (Acts 5:12, 15-16 KJV)
